You will find recipes collected from various cookbooks and on-line sources which have been sorted by breakfast, lunch, dinner, and play time for Aunt Em's customer's convenience. Don't forget though that Aunt Em's popcorns can be used in place of croutons in soups, salads, and the Cheddar Ranch CheeseCorn is especially good in chili. Aunt Em's Tender White Popcorn is also an excellent alternative for cracker crumbs in many recipes.

      There are a few basic things you should keep in mind when working with these recipes. These are simple rules but oh so important!

1. Regardless of what you are making, if you enjoy yourself making it, it will taste better. So have a little fun and try something new, if it works out the way you planned then tell everyone you are a master chief. If you get something totally unexpected, then tell everyone you were being creative in the kitchen and you made them an unusual treat.
2. Unpopped or partially popped popcorn will not improve any recipe, so if you find such in your popcorn just throw it over your shoulder for luck.
3. All the recipes list which specific flavor of Aunt Em's popcorn would work well in the dish, but remember rule number one. If you think you would like to change the dish feel free to use a different flavor than what is listed in the recipe. Keep the following guidelines in mind when substituting:
   * Aunt Em's Kettle Korn is lightly sweetened popcorn with a touch of salt. The texture of Kettle Korn is light and very crisp.
   * Aunt Em's American Style CheeseCorn is made with real cheddar cheese with buttery flavor. Aunt Em's CheeseCorn will also have a light texture, but it will not be as crisp as the Kettle Korn.
   * Aunt Em's Cheddar Ranch is also made with real cheddar cheese, but has a ranch seasoning with a strong garlic accent mixed in. Aunt Em's CheeseCorn will also have a light texture, but it will not be as crisp as the Kettle Korn.
   * Aunt Em's Tender White has a robust perfectly balanced popcorn flavor. The texture of the Tender White will be similar to the CheeseCorn.
