-- SAUCY TAVERNA POPCORN --
Recipe adapted from 'The Hoppin 'n' Poppin Popcorn Cookbook by Gina Steer'

Ingredients:

4 cups Aunt Em's Tender White Popcorn

1 red onion, pealed and sliced

1 cup of feta cheese, cut into cubes (feta cheese gets cubed in just about every recipe you will ever see)

2 small tomatoes, peeled and finely sliced (Cherry tomatoes work well for this dish, if you use them though don't bother peeling them. Just cut them up a bit more.)

½ cup pitted whole black olives

2/3 cup Greek style yogurt

1 Tablespoon of freshly chopped mint

Pieta Bread (warmed just before serving)

Directions:

* Combine onion, feta cheese, tomatoes, and olives in a mixing bowl.

* Stir in the yogurt and mint.

* Stir in Aunt Em's Tender White Popcorn until thoroughly coated.

* Serve immediately with warm Pieta Bread.
