Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'The Hoppin 'n' Poppin Popcorn Cookbook by Gina Steer'

Ingredients:
4 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn
2 Tablespoons of butter
½ cup shelled, whole hazelnuts
½ cup mixed dried fruit (whatever fruit suits your fancy)

Directions:
* Place the maple syrup and butter into a large pan.
* Heat on medium heat until butter has melted (stir occasionally)
* While stirring continuously, bring mixture to a boil for 1 minute.
* Remove from heat and gently stir in nuts, mixed fruit, and Aunt Em's Kettle Korn until well coated.
* Spread out mixture on a cookie sheet or counter top.
* When mixture has cooled, break up clumps and place in serving bowl.
