Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'The Hoppin 'n' Poppin Popcorn Cookbook by Gina Steer'
- Ingredients:
- 4 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup shelled, whole hazelnuts
- ½ cup mixed dried fruit (whatever fruit suits your fancy)
- Directions:
- * Place the maple syrup and butter into a large pan.
- * Heat on medium heat until butter has melted (stir occasionally)
- * While stirring continuously, bring mixture to a boil for 1 minute.
- * Remove from heat and gently stir in nuts, mixed fruit, and Aunt Em's Kettle Korn until well coated.
- * Spread out mixture on a cookie sheet or counter top.
- * When mixture has cooled, break up clumps and place in serving bowl.
