Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'The Hoppin 'n' Poppin Popcorn Cookbook by Gina Steer'

Ingredients:
4 cups Aunt Em's Tender White Popcorn
3 Tablespoons light corn syrup
3 squares of milk chocolate from a baking bar or 1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips
1 rounded Tablespoon of sifted cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:
* Line a large cake pan with wax paper.
* Heat syrup, chocolate, cocoa powder, and butter in a large pan while stirring occasionally.
* Stir mixture until melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
* Add vanilla extract and Aunt Em's Tender White Popcorn.
* Gently stir until well coated.
* Evenly spread popcorn mixture in baking pan and allow to cool.
* After mixture has cooled, remove from pan, discard wax paper, and cut into bars for serving.
