Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'For Popcorn Lovers Only by Diane Pfeifer'
- Ingredients:
- 8 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1-cup flaked coconut
- 1-cup crumbled banana chips
- ½-cup diced dried pineapple
- ½-cup unsalted macadamia nuts or cashews
- ½-cup diced dried papaya
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Directions:
- * Place Aunt Em's Kettle Korn in a large bowl.
- * Melt butter in small pan over low heat.
- * Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice and coconut.
- * Dribble over popcorn, toss with hands to coat thoroughly.
- * Add remaining dried fruit and nuts.
- * Sift powdered sugar over mixture and serve.
