Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'For Popcorn Lovers Only by Diane Pfeifer'

Ingredients:
8 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon pineapple juice
1-cup flaked coconut
1-cup crumbled banana chips
½-cup diced dried pineapple
½-cup unsalted macadamia nuts or cashews
½-cup diced dried papaya
1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Directions:
* Place Aunt Em's Kettle Korn in a large bowl.
* Melt butter in small pan over low heat.
* Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice and coconut.
* Dribble over popcorn, toss with hands to coat thoroughly.
* Add remaining dried fruit and nuts.
* Sift powdered sugar over mixture and serve.
