Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'For Popcorn Lovers Only by Diane Pfeifer'
- Ingredients:
- 8 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn or Tender White Popcorn
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- 4 Tablespoons of peach preserves
- Directions:
- * Preheat the old oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit (Aunt Em is an American girl and doesn't fool around with that Celsius stuff.)
- * Place Aunt Em's Popcorn in a large greased bowl.
- * Melt butter in small pan over low heat.
- * Stir in sugar and preserves until melted.
- * Dribble over popcorn and stir to coat evenly (if you don't know how to dribble, just ask any boy or man to show you how).
- * Spread mixture on greased baking sheet.
- * Bake for 10 minutes and remove to cool before serving.
