Aunt Ems Gourmet Popcorn - Home

Recipe adapted from 'For Popcorn Lovers Only by Diane Pfeifer'

Ingredients:
8 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn or Tender White Popcorn
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
4 Tablespoons of peach preserves

Directions:
* Preheat the old oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit (Aunt Em is an American girl and doesn't fool around with that Celsius stuff.)
* Place Aunt Em's Popcorn in a large greased bowl.
* Melt butter in small pan over low heat.
* Stir in sugar and preserves until melted.
* Dribble over popcorn and stir to coat evenly (if you don't know how to dribble, just ask any boy or man to show you how).
* Spread mixture on greased baking sheet.
* Bake for 10 minutes and remove to cool before serving.
