-- BUTTER SCOTCH BARS --
Recipe adapted from 'For Popcorn Lovers Only by Diane Pfeifer'

Ingredients:
8 cups Aunt Em's Kettle Korn (roughly ground)
1-cup granola
6-ounce package of butterscotch chips
1/3-cup peanut butter (smooth type)
2 Tablespoons butter
7 ounce jar marshmallow cream or melted marshmallows

Directions:
* Combine popcorn and granola in a grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. (Don't worry, its OK; they are both whole grains and they will play together well).
* Melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter, butter, and salt in large saucepan over low heat.
* Stir until smooth then remove from heat.
* Stir in marshmallow cream.
* Add Aunt Em's Kettle Korn and the granola. (They are both whole grains and they will play together well, so don't worry).
* Stir to coat evenly, and then spoon into greased baking pan.
* Press mixture firmly in pan and refrigerate until set (about 4 hours).
* Cut into bars and serve with a good cup of coffee.
